Intake

No costs involved.

Together with the researcher(s), RITS maps the current setup (if present), determines requirements, and proposes a secure and FAIR solution design — including feasibility and risks.

  • Map current setup and functional requirements
  • Clarify requirements and goals — Go/NoGo on proceeding to Phase 1
  • Estimate costs for Phase 1
  • Map data streams and validate acceptance criteria with the customer

Result: You receive the solution design and Phase 1 cost estimate. A result can also be a NoGo.


Phase 1 — Proof of Concept

Fixed price, agreed after intake.

Once requirements are gathered and the real question is known, we validate whether they are met via a POC of the proposed design. Close collaboration is key.

  • Close cooperation in setting up the POC
  • Work as a virtual team focused on delivering the required result
  • Validate whether the proposed setup is satisfactory
  • Go/NoGo on proceeding to production

Phase 2 — Production & Go Live

Costs depending on SLA form.

We prepare, test, and deploy the solution in a production-ready state. Together we perform the necessary actions — such as migrating data — to start using the solution.
